Overview:

 

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Redwater office is hiring a Sr Advisor, Business Integration, to join the team. This position reports to the Director, Redwater District, in the Gas and NGL Services Business Unit, part of Pembina’s Operations Business Division. 

Pembina’s Natural Gas Liquids Business Unit (NBU) is involved in the Fractionation, Terminaling & Storage, and Logistics and Distribution of specification natural gas liquids throughout north America. Natural Gas Liquids are components of natural gas classified by weight and number of carbon atoms – Methane (C1), Ethane (C2), Propane (C3) Butane (C4) and Condensate (mixture of C5+). Fractionation involves separating the different products in an NGL mix out into Ethane, Propane and Butane.

The Sr Advisor, Business Integration helps to seamlessly connect systems, processes and teams, ensuring efficient workflows and information sharing within Pembina’s business and service units. They act as a bridge between business needs, corporate strategy, technical solutions, optimizing operations and promoting collaboration. 

Reporting to the Director, Redwater District and taking strategic and day-to-day direction from the Redwater Leadership Team, this role acts as the single point of contact representative of the Redwater District, focusing on stakeholder engagement.

This is a new, evolving role designed to provide a broad set of development and exposure opportunities to a future people leader interested in strengthening their engagement skills.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

 

  • Operational Support: Collaborate with service units and operations to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions; 
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies to align with organizational objectives; 
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery; 
  • Project Support: Provide advisory support to project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met; 
  • Performance Monitoring: Liaise with district operations to review and interpret key performance opportunities (KPIs); 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between service units, project teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication; and

Qualifications:

 

  • Relevant operating, commercial services, regulatory, engineering, or project development experience; 
  • Experience in the operation of NGL fractionation, pipelines, cavern storage and/or additional energy infrastructure facilities; 
  • Specific knowledge of the operation of the Redwater Facility is considered an asset; 
  • Must be highly analytical, self-motivated, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a demonstrated ability to establish strong internal and external relationships; 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders and various levels of leadership; and 
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.


The successful candidate must live within 100 km of Redwater, AB.

You will be required to provide a Driver’s Abstract.
