At Pembina, we’re focused on investing in employee potential and we believe new graduates bring enthusiasm, willingness and a fresh perspective. Pembina currently has two new graduate programs; the EIT Rotational Program and the CPA Training Office.
Pembina has developed a specialized Engineer-in-Training (EIT) program. The program is designed to give EITs an opportunity to gain experiences in various areas of the business through four 12-month rotations, while helping the individual satisfy APEGA’s requirements to become a P.Eng.
Pembina is also a recognized Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) training office. We are committed to training, supporting and providing successful candidates with relevant, practical experience, over a 30-month term, towards earning their CPA designation. The program’s tasks and responsibilities are structured to meet Pembina’s Competency Map, as approved by CPA Alberta.
