Overview:
Pembina Prairie Pipeline is recruiting an Operator to be based at the Palermo Gas Processing Facility in Palermo, North Dakota. This position reports to the Shift Lead and is part of the Transmission & Extraction Asset team.

This position follows a rotating 5/4/4/5 shift schedule, which includes both day and night shifts with occasional overtime. Operators must be adaptable and committed to maintaining safe and reliable operations across all shifts.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Safely and effectively operate all equipment in the plant and on the pipeline in accordance with Pembina and Aux Sable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
- Demonstrate a strong safety first mindset by actively contributing to a goal of zero injuries and looking out for the safety of yourself and others;
- Accurately complete time entry and work tracking using SAP Fiori and Agentry, ensuring work is documented completely and on time;
- Complete required documentation related to scheduling, regulatory reporting, and operator training;
- Complete all required safety training on time and to standard, and support operators on your crew in completing required safety related tasks and training;
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the safety, reliability, and operability of the plant and pipeline;
- Demonstrate learning agility by actively seeking feedback, adapting to new information quickly, and applying learnings to improve performance and deliver results in a dynamic environment;
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment where people support one another and diverse perspectives are valued; and
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as required to support safe and reliable operations.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of progressive oil or gas processing experience, or a combination of relevant experience and technical education;
- Basic understanding of equipment and systems used in gas processing facilities;
- Working knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment;
- Basic understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) is considered an asset;
- A demonstrated commitment to working safely and supporting a strong safety culture;
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes and apply them effectively in a fast paced environment; and
- Willingness and ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts.
The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. The final candidate may be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check, Drug Screen (which includes testing for marijuana metabolites), and Fit for Duty Exam.
