Pembina Cochin LLC’s Jamestown, North Dakota location is recruiting a Day Foreman, Operations to join the team. This position reports to the Supervisor, Operations in the Transmission business unit (TBU), part of Pembina’s Pipelines division.  Pembina's transmission pipeline assets have developed through the strategic acquisition of key natural gas and specification ethane transportation infrastructure assets, positioned in some of the most prolific gas producing regions in western Canada and the United States. Pembina's primary long-haul transmission pipeline assets include the Vantage Pipeline, AEGS, Alliance Pipeline and Ruby Pipeline.

Summary of Responsibilities
•    Ensure all maintenance and operations duties are completed safely, in compliance with Pembina’s procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices;
•    Direct supervision of Operations/Technician staff;
•    Ensure all changes are done through an MOC as required and complete MOC initiation and Action Items are being completed by your work group;
•    Accountability and management of financial spending in your responsibility;
•    Provide appropriate training and leadership to develop staff, mentor, and support the succession planning initiatives of the business; 
•    Contributing to the budget preparation and ensuring budget requirements are met;
•    Complete and maintain documentation related to maintenance and safety;
•    Provide direction, measurement, and performance feedback to staff in your area;
•    Provide support to the Engineering department for new construction and site upgrades;
•    Ensure all work is completed within Pembina Maintenance Management (PMM) guidelines; 
•    Provide leadership and assistance in emergency response; 
•    Provide emergency response to equipment and pipeline failures to ensure company emergency operating procedures are followed, and
•    Fostering an environment of inclusion and diversity that continues to contribute towards values of team and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be results oriented with a proven ability to work successfully in a team environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and have the ability to perform and direct safe and efficient operations. This individual must be flexible and adaptable to change. Other requirements include:
•    Journeyman Electrical / Instrumentation certification preferred;
•    A minimum of 10 years related experience is required;
•    PLC programming experience is preferred;
•    Familiarity with a variety of instrumentation equipment commonly used in plant and pipeline operations is essential;
•    Mechanical background. Knowledge of pumps, valves, bearings and seal installation and alignments;
•    Proven ability to work successfully in and safely in a high paced environment;
•    Extensive computer applications knowledge and hands-on experience;
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills including an ability to interface positively with field, engineering, and technical support personnel; and
•    Valid Driver’s License.
