Overview

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is recruiting for a ServiceNow Analyst to join the team.  This position reports to the Manager, Business Applications in the Information Services Unit (ISU) part of Pembina’s Corporate Services division. 

 

The ServiceNow Analyst will be responsible for supporting ServiceNow related to Pembina’s processes.  This position will provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the timely completion of issues while also supporting projects and delivering new capabilities to the business.  The ServiceNow Analyst will need to govern the ServiceNow Platform, configure, develop for, and maintain areas within ITSM, HRSD and other applications within ServiceNow.   

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Administration, health monitoring and usage of ServiceNow and its applications;
  • Participate in reviews of defects and new enhancements;
  • Responsible for fixing and development of defects and enhancements including Technical Design Documentation;
  • Responsible for configuration and issue/incident resolutions including workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components in accordance with ITIL best practices;
  • Configure and maintain SLAs, catalog items and their associated workflows; 
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades;
  • Maintain and develop ATF’s;
  • Support continuous service improvement in both business capabilities as well as internal systems capabilities;
  • Maintain and develop systems integrations and process automation such as Discovery, LDAP, SuccessFactors, SAP;
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required; and
  • Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

Job Qualifications

  • ServiceNow experience with knowledge of Administration, CMDB Management and Integrations (AD, SCCM, SAP); 
  • Demonstrated communication skills, positive and professional attitude, conflict management and issue resolution; 
  • Results oriented individual who thrives to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; 
  • System Administrator Certification is an asset;
  • Experience with developing in JAVA and JSON is an asset;
  • Knowledge of HRSD, ITSM, SPM is an asset; and
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts is an asset.
