Overview:

Supports in various financial accounting tasks including timely and accurate financial record keeping, reporting, analysis, and forecasting; Ensures the accounting policies and practices of the organization are followed.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Completing monthly entries relating to assigned assets and reports pertaining to regulatory and commercial compliance; Preparing internal and management reports, annual budget, and monthly account reconciliations.

Ensuring that all operating costs are accurate for reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning of the business activities; Supporting the Tax department with selected annual filings and addressing queries from tax authorities.

Managing internal/external audit tasks and assessing all contracts for accounting impact; Solving accounting problems and supporting in streamlining and assisting in the continuous improvement of the monthly internal management reports and process efficiency.

Analyzing intercompany transactions and recording settlement entries and preparing general ledger account reconciliations and variance analysis; Maintaining internal control process documentation and ensuring SOX compliance.

Qualifications:

 

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
