Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

    • Support and contribute to our 2025 Sustainability Report including review of data and variance analysis and maintaining/updating data process documentation;
    • Draft and edit ESG content for investor presentations, Management and Board updates, and other corporate communications;
    • Partner with Investor Relations to prepare high-quality, audience-focused materials, including talking points, Q&As, and key messages for investor and analyst engagement;

    • Research and summarize ESG-related regulatory, technical, and market developments for internal briefings;
    • Conduct peer review and benchmarking analysis and identify trends;
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of best practices regarding ESG disclosures, emerging trends, analysis of North American and global sustainability frameworks and guidance;
    • Review and respond to standard-setting and regulatory developments that may have an impact on Pembina’s ESG disclosure with a strategic mindset;
    • Stay current on ESG best practices, frameworks (SASB, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, CDP), and disclosure requirements in Canada and globally;
    • Maintain the Workiva ESG data platform, ensuring accuracy and well-documented processes;
    • Support cross-functional ESG initiatives and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
    • Contribute to ad hoc ESG communications and projects as needed;
    • Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment;
    • Support Pembina’s safety culture of "Zero by Choice" and the “Life Saving Rules”. To read more about our Life Saving Rules, visit pembina.com/safety; and

    • Progressive professional experience in ESG reporting, corporate communications, investor relations, or sustainability consulting;
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences;
    • Proven ability to create compelling narratives supported by accurate data and analysis;
    • Knowledge of ESG disclosure frameworks (SASB, ISSB, GRI, CDP, TCFD) and evolving regulatory requirements;
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights;
    • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail;
    • Experience with Workiva software is considered an asset;
