Overview:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is actively hiring a Senior Analyst to join the team. This position reports to Tran Huynh in the Information Services Business Unit (ISU), part of Pembina’s Corporate Services Department.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Provide in-depth RightAngle functional/technical knowledge to support business, operations, and IS objectives;
- Monitor, manage and resolve tickets related to front office, mid office, back office, scheduling, and end of day functions within RightAngle and custom scheduling tools;
- Support integration between RightAngle and other systems such as ICE, Marex, SAP, Petrotranz, custom applications, etc.;
- Work closely with Pembina’s marketing group to perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements and functional specifications;
- Design, build and test RightAngle enhancements;
- Identify gaps, issues and provide work arounds when required;
- Manage system changes including emergencies per Pembina’s IS Change Management processes;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results;
- Work with a cross functional team on understanding and supporting the enterprise;
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;
- Demonstrate learning agility by actively seeking feedback, adapting to new information quickly, and applying learnings to improve performance and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Self-directed and takes initiative to identify opportunities; act as a subject matter expert and communicate opportunities/gaps to the commercial team and business partners; and

Technical Responsibilities:
- Continuously adapt to emerging technologies and evolving technical requirements by actively acquiring new skills, applying innovative solutions, and integrating feedback into daily problem-solving;
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: C# .NET, Java, C++, Soap Webservices ; and
- Experience with writing SQL scripts in Oracle or MS SQL.
Qualifications:
- Related post-secondary degree or college equivalent with 14+ years of professional work experience;
- At least 14 years of experience with RightAngle support and project experience;
- Demonstrated communication skills, positive and professional attitude, conflict management and issue resolution;
- Results oriented individual who thrives to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Previous experience with ITIL concepts is an asset;
- Proven ability to demonstrate learning agility by rapidly adapting to changing business environments, embracing feedback, and continuously evolving leadership approaches to drive team and organizational success;
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes and apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to rapidly acquire and apply new technical skills, tools, and frameworks in response to evolving project requirements and emerging technologies.
