Overview:

Pembina Pipeline’s Commercial Teams are currently hiring for a Logistics Analyst Intern working in Calgary corporate office. The Analyst will collaborate with an experienced team of Commercial professionals. Responsibilities include supporting commercial teams with tasks such as market research, data analysis, and validation, as well as handling administrative and ad hoc assignments as required. The position is a 16-month internship commitment.

 

The successful candidates must live within 100 km of Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Support the Logistics team with daily gas scheduling tasks, including checking, confirming, and coordinating gas movements and deliveries on the Alliance Pipeline;
  • Help with scheduling gas and submitting pipeline requests to make sure everything is correct and done on time;
  • Check pipeline requests to make sure they are correct, reasonable, and that there is enough space on the pipeline;
  • Help gather and document requirements when the team is working through logistics or operational challenges;
  • Assist with documenting current processes and helping update or improve future workflows;
  • Support the creation and upkeep of training materials, procedures, and reference documents;
  • Answer customer questions, help troubleshoot issues, and support the resolution of requests or concerns;
  • Support Pembina’s safety culture of “Zero by Choice” by caring for yourself and others and following Pembina’s Life Saving Rules at all times;

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program, Business, Commerce, Engineering or related and returning to school following the end of the work term;
  • Ability to commit to the full duration of the term;
  • Demonstrates learning agility by adapting quickly to new tasks, technologies, and environments, and proactively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills;
  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Microsoft Office, Copilot/ChatGPT, and other platforms that empower you to work smarter and stay ahead in today’s digital workplace.

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. The final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
